Return Eligibility
You can apply for a return if the following conditions are met:
Product is unused and in the original packaging: You must return the wig unworn, uncut, unwashed and in its original condition.
Within 30 days of purchase: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Process
To request a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact Customer Service:
Send an email to MP@lunariscove.com with your order number and reason for return.
Obtain Authorization:
If return eligibility is confirmed, our customer service team will review your return request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
Prepare your return:
Please return the product along with the original packaging, tags and packaging.
Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Returning a Package:
You can return your package by any postal method of your choice. We recommend using a trackable postal service so that you can confirm that the package has been returned.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-returnable products
The following types of products cannot be returned:
Opened or used wigs (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Custom or special order products.
Shipping Policy
The shipping costs of the initial shipment are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong shipment, product defect), the relevant shipping costs will be borne by us.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
